Erledigt Minecraft crashes, when a world is started

I loaded into my world, and everything worked nice for a few seconds, but Minecraft crashed. I tried it multiple times, and these are the crash codes I got:

The First Crash is caused by running Out of memory.
The Seconds Crash is caused by William Wythers Overhauled Overworld Mod.

Do you have activated compatibillity Mode for terralith in the config?

Yes, I think I have. I didn't change anything before and just reloaded into the world a day after I played last.
Edit: I have now figured out how to enable the compatibility mode in the config, but it still crashes.
